The Valley Girls Junior Open was begun in 2018 as a means to grow area girls golf.  The year was a great success with Abby Hunter of Blacksburg being the inaugural winner.

Recently, the tournament has joined the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Tour in order to give a more substantial base of players and better competition.

​

Our main purpose is to grow girl's golf in Western Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley by hosting a competitive, memorable girl's golf tournament and raising money for a scholarship fund.

We are excited to offer great competition to young ladies from near and far.
